Agile Metrics – Tracking Project Delivery and Improvements

In this course, we will work through detailed examples of Agile metrics and how they are used to improve overall delivery, quality, and efficiency as well as track project progress. Examples will include burn-up/burn-down charts, cycle time, Accept-to-Commit ratio, Defect/Bug rates, cost per work effort, and User Story Quality.
Who should attend:
Anyone interested in learning about a career in Agile project management, but ideally you have attended one of Christine and Ryan’s introductory sessions. This session is not limited to software development teams.

About the Presenters:
Ryan Anderson is the Vice President of IT and Software Engineering at HealthBridge. Ryan previously held the position of Vice President, Enterprise Agile Office at Hagerty. Ryan spent over 17 years at Intel Corporation in various software development and management roles. He is a passionate leader who enjoys growing development teams, coaching and mentoring individuals, and delivering high quality products using Agile best practices.
Christine Vincent is the Agile Product Owner and Senior Scrum Master at HealthBridge. Christine previously held various roles in product implementation at Hagerty, including Product Owner and Project Manager. Christine enjoys working with development teams to deliver quality products that increase business value. She is passionate about using Agile best practices to drive transparency and predictability between business decisions and software development work. On occasion, Christine has been known to motivate teams to meet their commitment through energy drinks, ice cream, and funny hats.
