About the presenters

Ryan Beaver, VP of Operations for Emphasys Software. Ryan assists in architecture, design, and roadmap development for core Emphasys development teams. He previously served as both Director of Development and Architect at Emphasys Software where he developed a healthy sense of self-doubt that encouraged an ongoing passion for self-study. Ryan is a graduate of Northwestern Michigan College and Ferris State University and has spent most of the past 20 years in the Traverse City area.

Keith E. Kelly, Program Manager – tccodes. Keith has been making things his entire life. In his earlier years, he created solutions using electronics and software. As his teaching career matured, Keith used the same problem-solving abilities to improve educational systems and curriculum. In addition to managing tccodes at 20Fathoms, Keith is a member of the faculty at Northwestern Michigan College where he teaches Engineering Technology and Marine Technology.
