The Executive Forum: Assessing Risk

March 9 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

The Executive Forum is a network of industry leaders who collaborate on complex issues, helping each other to reach their peak potential

The Executive Forum is a network of industry leaders who, while collaborating on complex issues, help each other to reach their peak potential. Each session will have industry experts to help lead the select topic or challenging issue, while providing feedback and advice throughout the discussion. Because successful companies foster leaders who can inspire, motivate and engage their workforce, the Executive Forums offer open discussions that are designed to build a diverse community of leaders, help peers engage in deeper camaraderie, and provide support for individual professional growth. Use this time to explore issues in business , engage over challenges, and ask questions to industry experts. You’ll learn insights about others and sharpen your critical thinking skills.

Assessing Risk: All good leaders know they must take risks to grow their businesses and strengthen the resilience of their teams. However, having a plan and mitigation strategies in place will help navigate uncertainties during times of transition and growth. In our inaugural Executive Forum, the group discussion will cover the actions that are most effective in reducing risk.

Tim Kroger from Varnum Law, David Castle of Advanced Computer Solutions (ACS) and Garrett Boursaw of Ford Insurance will help provide clarity and direction in legal, IT security, & business liabilities throughout the discussion. This forum will provide you with a framework to review the risks that are currently accumulating in your firm, then map out the actions that will help you minimize them.
